After School Club Assistant

Start Date: Apr 2018
Contract Type: Term Time 15:30 - 17:30 (Mon - Fri)

We require responsible, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our After School Club team which looks after children aged 3 – 13.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a fondness to work with children, be proactive, self motivated and be willing to work as a team player. The person appointed will:

• Be in sympathy with the ethos and aims of the school
• Communicate well with all parts of the school community and outside stakeholders
• Be committed to equal opportunities and child protection

Duties will include:
Liaising with children and parents and dealing with enquiries
Organising and supervising activities: creative work, computers, indoor and outdoor play etc.
Supervising tea
Dealing with incidents and maintaining suitable records
