Discover academic excellence at St. Aubyn’s, where a well-rounded education nurtures personal development within an inclusive community. Pupils begin by exploring and learning in Nursery and Reception and, in later years, they enhance their critical thinking, emotional intelligence and creative self-expression.
Fostering curious minds begins at an early age. Our Nursery and Reception classrooms are dedicated learning environments designed for children to explore and develop a variety of skills, building a culture of inquiry and a love of learning. With a hands-on approach and facilities specifically designed to support young, inquiring minds, we help children embark on their academic and personal journeys.
Years 1 and 2 are the second half of Pre-Prep. We aim to provide a happy, busy, stimulating and structured environment, where our children feel valued and secure and where they thrive and achieve to the best of their ability. We pride ourselves on a learning environment that promotes good manners, sensitivity, a strong sense of community and self-confidence.

In Years 3 to 6, the curriculum is designed to foster critical thinking, creativity, and comprehensive understanding across a broad spectrum of subjects. The pastoral element of the curriculum plays a crucial role in promoting the well-being of every child. We prioritise a supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to build positive relationships, develop emotional intelligence, and engage in discussions about personal and social issues. Overall, the curriculum provides a holistic educational experience, preparing our children for future academic challenges and active citizenship by equipping them with both knowledge and essential life skills.
