Such support is known as a Bursary and this may be awarded to a pupil entering Year 3 in the form of a discount of up to 100% of tuition fees payable, depending on the financial, compassionate or other pertinent circumstances of applicants.
Bursaries are open to all candidates and are available, subject to annual review, through to Year 6, with the possibility of extending through to Year 8.
I would like to thank St Aubyn’s School for its support and sponsorship of my children’s education. The generous bursary gifts they received have been life-changing for the whole family.
I noticed a change in my children after week one at St Aubyn’s and I knew it was because the School environment raised their expectations of themselves. A St Aubyn’s pupil is confident, capable, compassionate and equipped with a sound academic grounding. Environment is everything.
My children’s level of academic achievement and subsequent entry into leading schools is down to the individualized preparation by the teaching staff who identified my children’s strengths and weaknesses and knew how to encourage them to reach their full potential at exactly the right time.
When I ask my children what they enjoyed most about their time at St Aubyn’s the answer is all of the opportunities to try new activities in and outside of the classroom. They have discovered hobbies and passions ranging from Classics to team sports and have been able to travel abroad with the School for sports tournaments and exchange trips.
As the children move on, they are very keen to stay connected with the School and, as a family, we are immensely grateful for our time at St Aubyn’s. Thank you!
